If you paid for your order with cash on delivery and you provide us with your bank account number, your refund will be on your account number.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIME

Delivery costs depend on the choice of payment option and the method of the shipment delivery. At the stage of registration of the order, the customer has the option to choose postal services among: Poczta Polska S.A., UPS courier or delivery to one of the parckage machines operated by InPost. For individuals who are particularly interested in free shipping, we provide the option of a standard, registered postage. The delivery time depends on the choice of delivery option and is from 3 to 10 working days in the country. Foreign supplies depend on the individual capabilities of the above mentioned carriers. COMPLAINTS

You are granted the rights in terms of defects of non-compliance with the agreement for all products purchased in the store, WINTHIN A PERIOD OF 2 YEARS from the date of purchase in accordance with the act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
